The p90x physical fitness test is a solid thing to go through before determining to purchase the p90x fitness system. This system is not for everybody, so if you are curious, then here are a few of the items that you will need to do during the physical fitness test.

This first test will appraise your vertical leap. You will need to stand sideways against the wall with your shoulder securely against the wall. Raise your arm straight over your head and record the height. Then you will want to lower your arm and take one step back. Jump and touch the greatest point that you can on the wall. Do not try to have a huge spring up, simply use that step back and jump. Register the height and now you will demand to subtract it from your other height. For men, the nominal required vertical leap is five inches. For women, this minimum is three inches.

The next test is more common. Grab a cushion or pillow that is two or three inches off of the ground. Bear the push up stance. If you are female, try to do standard pus- ups. If you cannot, then sustain track of how many push-ups off of your knees you can do. For men, the minimum number of pushups you should be able to do without failure is 15. For women doing regular pushups, this number is three. For individuals doing them off of their knees, it is fifteen.
